General Manager Profile – Ecoterra Inka Lodge
Ecoterra Inka Lodge is led by a vision that combines conservation, hospitality, and sustainable development in the high Amazon region of Cusco, Peru.
Its General Manager, Jorge Washington Pezo Villena, leads the project with a strong focus on environmental conservation, authentic guest experiences, and the development of an eco-luxury tourism model in harmony with local biodiversity.
With experience in management, territorial development, and project planning, he has guided the lodge’s growth as a destination that integrates nature, culture, sustainability, and wellness. Under his leadership, the project has strengthened initiatives related to private conservation, birdwatching, nature tourism, specialty coffee, and immersive rainforest experiences.
The management vision aims to position the lodge as a leading sustainable tourism destination near Machu Picchu, offering tranquility, authenticity, and a genuine connection with nature, in contrast to overcrowded tourism destinations.
