Check-in starts at 2:00 PM; however, guests may access the lodge starting from 10:00 AM. Check-out is until 12:00 PM. If the room is not reserved for the following night, a late check-out may be granted free of charge, subject to availability. We also provide complimentary luggage storage service.
The listed rates are exempt from IGV (General Sales Tax) due to our location in the Amazon region. Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents.
Some family rooms allow additional beds for an extra charge of 100 Peruvian Soles (PEN) per bed. In other room categories, extra beds may be added depending on room size and guest approval.
Payments are processed through our ALOHA PAY payment platform integrated into our reservation system.
Requests for rescheduling or cancellation will only be accepted if communicated at least 4 days in advance via email to ecoterrainkalodge@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at +51 936400767. Refunds will be processed within 8 days from the approval date of the refund request. Our company cannot assume responsibility for cancellations or reservation changes once the deadlines established in our policies have expired, even in cases of force majeure (illness, accidents, flight cancellations, etc.).
Until payment is notified or proof of payment has been submitted via WhatsApp, the reservation may be automatically canceled by the system. Our company is not responsible for any issues resulting from payments that were not properly reported, even if the payment was made within the established deadline.
Smoking is prohibited inside the lodge facilities, especially in the lounge, restaurant, bar, rooms, pool, and reception areas. Playing loud music inside the rooms or in a way that disturbs other guests in common areas is not allowed; the use of headphones is recommended. The use of drones is also prohibited.
Only one pet per room is allowed (maximum 15 kg), and pets must remain on a leash at all times. Any incident related to the presence of the pet will be fully assumed by the responsible owners. Related costs may be charged to the credit card left as a guarantee or added to the final bill. Guests must bring disposable bags to collect and clean up their pet’s waste throughout all lodge areas, including outdoor spaces. Pets must not be aggressive, must be properly trained to socialize with other animals, and must be well-behaved so as not to disturb other guests.
