CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check In is from 08:00 am and Check Out until 2:00 pm. If the room is not booked, the Late Check out rate can be applied according to availability at no cost that does not include lunch or drinks, however, these can be prepared on request and will be considered as à la carte dishes. We have a custody service for your luggage at no extra charge.
RATES: IGV (general sales tax) does not apply to the listed rates as they are exonerated for our location in the Amazon. Infants up to 2 years old do not pay. Children from 2 years to 6 years and 12 months' pay 50% of the adult rate. Children aged 7 and overpay a full adult fee.
GROUP ROOMS: they have a maximum capacity of 7 people, being possible to include extra beds on request for an amount of 100 Soles (PEN) for each additional bed if the size of the room allows it for the entire stay.
REPROGRAMMING / CANCELLATION: It will only be accepted with a minimum communication period of 4 days in advance via email to [email protected] or by WhatsApp at +51 936400767. The deadline to proceed with the refund is 8 days from the date of approval of the return. Our company cannot assume cancellations or modifications of reservations once the deadlines established in our policies have expired, not even in the case of force majeure (illness, accident, loss or cancellation of flights, etc.).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Until the payment is notified, we do not have the record of it, therefore, the reservation may fall from the system if the established deadline expires. Our company exempts itself from any responsibility for problems arising from payments that are not duly notified, even if they have been made within the granted period.
PROHIBITED: Smoking within the Lodge's facilities especially lounge, restaurant, bar, rooms, swimming pool and reception. Putting music at high volume inside the rooms or that disturbs visitors in the common areas, the use of hearing aids is recommended. The use of drones is not allowed.
PETS: Only one pet is allowed to enter per room (maximum 15 kilos) with its proper safety leash at all times. Any incident related to the presence of your pet will be assumed in its entirety by the responsible owners. These costs will be charged to the credit card left as collateral or to the final account. We can provide you with a complimentary complementary kit (food plate and mat) by communicating in advance. The visitor must bring disposable bags to collect and clean the excreta left by their pet in all areas of the Lodge, including outdoor areas.
Pets should not be aggressive; they must be well trained to socialize with other animals and properly educated so as not to disturb the rest of the guests.
